Responsible landlord certification and rent registry: tools that can support Montreal women's right to housing 

The City of Montreal is planning to establish a Responsible Landlord Certification and Rent Registry. The TGFM has submitted a brief to the public consultation on this subject.  In it, we discuss the importance of adopting tools to better understand and act on the housing stock in the midst of a crisis. We are asking that the project go further by including a right to housing perspective in order to respond to the realities of Montreal women.
