An innovative training program and dynamic and interactive self-training tools have been designed, tested and improved to enable groups of women to identify their needs and to meet them by strengthening their digital and technological skills.
Our approach favors the appropriation of digital tools that allow greater universal accessibility. This training program was designed and developed in partnership with Francophone women's groups across Canada. It therefore takes into account the realities of these groups and proposes tools that are appropriate to their situation. The course is intended for anyone wishing to learn more about the use of ICTs in their community work and aims to provide training in four main areas
- Working in a team at a distance
- Mobilizing and communicating with members
- Maintaining a democratic life
- Improving the digital security and confidentiality of its activities
