This tool was developed by Trans Estrie. 

Many transgender and non-binary (TNB) people feel that many organizations and community services are not sufficiently prepared to serve transgender people. Several organizations are reluctant to offer single-sex services because they do not feel sufficiently trained to respond to the needs of the transgender and non-binary population.

This tool was created to help organizations assess how they currently treat transgender and non-binary individuals and determine whether they would like to open their services to a gender-diverse population.
