Pay equity kit: a fundamental right 

As part of the Women.Equity.Pay project, CIAFT - Conseil d'intervention pour l'accès au travail des femmes has developed a number of tools related to pay equity.

The "Pay Equity: A Fundamental Right" awareness kit is intended for all workers who are curious to know more about their rights and the resources available to them to ensure that they are respected.

Produced in collaboration with cartoonist Noémie Ross, the three comic books are made up of a dozen images each. By choice, they contain little text, in order to be as accessible as possible.
