Personal Account: Impact of the Pandemic on Orderlies 

As part of the community of practice: Women's Health, Poverty and Discrimination, on the topic of mental load of workers, volunteers and family carers, we welcomed Chantal Morin. She is an orderly and head of the status of women committee of the CCMM-CSN. She presented us with her personal account of the situation in CHSLDs during the pandemic. The majority of orderlies are women. They are confronted with multiples challenges that can affect their physical and mental health.
